It depends on where you are. Orders within the USA will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note, this is delivery times for in-stock only items and not pre-order. We proudly produce all of our products in India. In addition to regularly interfacing with dedicated Wool & Oak personnel on-site, we personally visit each of our factories periodically to ensure that all of our valuable craftsmen are following proper safety protocol.

When you pre-order a bag, we collect the payment at the outset to initiate its creation. You have the option to cancel within 7 days. Your payment ensures the reservation of your bag, which is crucial due to the high demand and our factory's limited monthly production capacity. By paying upfront, you're guaranteed to receive your bag.
Shipping
Unfortunately we cannot mark international packages as gifts as we then risk your package being seized by customs.
No, for orders placed outside the USA, we advise you to review your country's regulations regarding import duties.

Exchanges and returns
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must show no signs of use and must have all tags, including any Wool & Oak hangtags, attached. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns & exchanges outside of the USA. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Wool & Oak will work with any international customer to process returns & exchanges based on the aforementioned policies; however, the process for returns will vary country-to-country, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. International customers should reach out to support@woolandoak.com for return & exchange instructions based on their locations.
All customers are required to send pictures and a detailed description of any defects to support@woolandoak.com. After verifying the defect, Wool & Oak provides two options: either we'll reimburse you for repair costs upon receiving the repair invoice, or offer a complete refund for the defective item, including shipping costs. In cases where the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund, including shipping, for purchases made within 30 days, or provide store credit for items purchased beyond this 30-day window.
Materials & Caring Instructions
We proudly use 100% full grain cowhide for all leather products.
We source our full grain leather from a various of countries including Italy, Argentina and Romania.
Pebbled leather features an imprint that gives the effect of multiple pebbles, or cracks. Smooth leather features no impressions whatsoever.
All nylon options from our current line feature leather piping and trim - Vegan options are being explored for the future!
For surface dirt, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. For minor scuffs on leather, use a leather care conditioner as a cleaner and conditioner. Apply a small amount onto a clean, dry cloth and rub gently into the leather.
